Family cruisering is made more enjoyable by the roomy interior and comfortable sleeping arrangements for six adults. Sportsmen and divers tend more to appreciate the rugged characteristics of the well-thought-out aft cockpit, complete with macerator fishbox and enormous lazarette storage compartments. Combine the integrated swim platform with aft deck working features such as hot/cold transom shower, raw water washdown and rodholders, and everyone can agree- this boat has it all. All boaters value a stylish, tough vessel that meets their highest expectations.
Proven New Zealand Design
New Zealand's internationally recognized yacht designer , Roger Hill, has designed, engineered and ocean-tested the ArrowCat 30 to meet the highest standards for multi-mission boats.
Premium Quality Construction
The ArrowCat 30 is hand-built by an experienced team using the best available US and European components & materials.
From the 100% tinned wire harnesses to DNV/Lloyds recommended resins and fiberglass, ArrowCat exclusively utilizes leading manufactures for all its components.
For instance, the fuel tanks are made of aircraft grade 5052 aluminum (in the US) and water tanks are FDA approved and also made by premium US manufacturers, The ultra-UV protected gelcoat is provided by Ashland and all hardware and rails are 316 grade stainless steel.
No Expense is spared and every detail has been thought of, such as the windshield system which is a double welded, yacht grade product from Taylor Made window systems.
Skilled craftsmen, supervisors, and engineers assemble the ArrowCat 30 at a state-of the-art facility in China.
The fiberglass hull lay-up is comprised of 22-layers of hand-laid fiberglass using advanced composite engineering by High Modulus. High Modulus is internationally renowned for their leading edge technology and winning World Cup sailing structural designs. The composite structure of the boat has been engineered by the internationally renowned company High Modulus. High Modulus is headquartered in New Zealand, but has additional offices in Europe, Australia and Asia . Their thirty years experience working with composite materials and engineering optimised marine structures, including winning America's Cup yachts and luxury mega motor yachts, makes them a leader in the industry. They are therefore a key technical partner in the development of the Arrowcat, for which performance, quality and durability are critical.
This unique hull design offers the best of both displacement and planing hull technologies- stability and exceptional seaworthiness are melded with speed and best-in-class fuel efficiency. Combining a wide stance and sharp bow entry with ample tunnel height, the ArrowCat 30 delivers unparallel performance and efficiency from trolling to top speeds.
The ArrowCat 30 is powered by twin engines, with applications ranging from twin 150's hp to twin 250's, depending on desired performance and fuel economy.
Each ArrowCat is built using over a thousand labor hours. The meticulous hand-built foam-core composite construction can never rot and provides owners with the strongest, most durable technology money can buy. Each bulkhead and internal structure is hand fiberglassed to both the hull and deck and each join is made with the utmost attention to detail for strength. The boat will remain stiff and quiet because it is all bonded into one unit. Hull bottoms are constructed with 22 layers of solid fiberglass for strength and durability.
The ArrowCat 30's interior has a spacious modern design with nearly 360 degree's of visibility from the entire Salon.
A midship helm station has room for the most modern full size displays and provides a commanding view of the entire vessel.
The full galley is appointed with a molded composite countertop system, Cherry finished cabinets and of course, lots of locking latch drawers. The galley comes standard with hot and cold water at the large molded sink, a microwave compartment and two burner stove. The oversize setee offers seating for the entire family and the seamless flow of space keeps the entire crew together.
Down below, a well lit, all-composite, enclosed head compartment featuring a full size toilet, separate shower and vanity sink with hot/cold faucets offers all the comforts and privacy of home.
The forward master stateroom features a queen size mattress and plenty of enclosed storage. Two adult-size mid-berths allow 2 more to comfortably sleep in the separate aft quarters and the "Setee Berth Conversion" allows for a total of up to 6 overnighters, in cushioned comfort! The roomy aft cockpit and swim platform invite all kinds of activities from trophy fishing to snorkeling and scuba diving. Enormous lazarette compartments or insulated fish boxes below(your choice or choose both!) keep the aft deck free and clear, while the hot and cold transom shower and a raw water washdown make the rinsing a breeze.
Above the waterline, foam-core composite construction makes the ArrowCat 30 faster per horsepower than other boats of similar volume. Capable of top speeds up to 49 mph with 2 x 175 hp, the ArrowCat 30 burns only 10 gallons per hour at a speed of 20 knots. With it's incredible fuel efficiency at all speeds, and a range of over 300 miles, ArrowCat is delivering next generation fuel efficiency today.
Each ArrowCat is meticulously constructed, using thousands of labor hours to deliver a boat that outperforms and demonstrates a yacht-grade finish that every owner will be proud of. ArrowCat's relationship with US and European suppliers and engineers is optimized in every boat by using only the best parts and materials available globally.
ArrowCat's manufacturing facility constructs each boat using experienced, skilled craftsmen to build a topnotch, but family-affordable product.
