ArrowCat Achieves Record Breaking Sales in Second Quarter of 2012
ArrowCat Achieves Record Breaking Sales in 2nd quarter of 2012
In an unprecedented half year of sales ArrowCat Marine sold more
boats by the end of the second quarter of 2012 than an any whole year of prior
sales. The demand was primary from the rest of the world with four sales
coming New Caledonia alone. The remaining sales were scattered around the world
including Western and Eastern Australia, Tahiti with three boats coming from the
USA. The factory is stepping to meet the demand and this will be easy to achieve
with new facilities that include more than 50,000 s/m of shop space in two new
building.
The ArrowCat has manufacturing facilities in the USA and China.
ArrowCat Marine corporate headquarters is
located in the Port of Everett, the largest marina in the west coast of the
United States with slips for more than 2,300 boats. It located just north of
Seattle and Tacoma, two of the largest ports on the west coast. Everett sports
its own deep-water port as well. The size of nearby ports and access to some the
largest boat building suppliers in the nation gives ArrowCat Marine logistic and
supply advantages that few companies can compare with. In China we have 50,000
sq./m of manufacturing based in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone of China about 60
miles up the Pearl River from Hong Kong. This is central to where many other
large trawler and yachts are built so there is wealth of boat building skills
and resources in the area. The factory is close to major inland ports so
shipping and logistics are minimized to the benefit of our customers throughout
the world.
